Role Overview

  • To manage all HR administrative tasks across the full employee life cycle from onboarding to exit, improving employee experience at every stage.
  • To provide high quality project support to the Senior HR Manager & Talent Acquisition Executive.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the employee onboarding process, including producing contracts, conducting pre-employment checks and induction coordinatio
  • Produce contractual documentation for all employment changes
  • Record and maintain all employee data on the HR database
  • Liaise with payroll to communicate any salary and benefit changes
  • Coordinate employee right to work authorisations
  • Maintain employee sickness records and highlight any long-term absences or trends
  • Work as part of a wider global HR team on global projects and initiatives
  • Prepare reports and provide insights on employee data
  • Conduct annual personal detail audits
  • Conduct annual Risk List ‘B’ audits
  • Provide employees with advice on all policies and HR processes, with guidance from the Senior HR Manager
  • Produce employment and other reference for current and previous employees
  • Manage the leaver process, including conducting exit interviews for junior level positions and provide analysis of these interviews

Key Attributes, Skills and Experience

  • The ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified and have at least 2 years work experience within a HR role
