As an IT Manager, you’ll be responsible for handling IT infrastructure support and services, including desktop applications, system operation and server support. You’ll contribute toward research, development and the implementation of new systems and upgrades. In addition to this, you’ll monitor trouble shooting, system back-ups, archiving and recoveries.
Ensure that the ICT solutions are always fully functional and maintained to the highest standard (e.g. SharePoint administration and development, Salesforce, etc.)

Manage the IT processes for new/departing employees
Support on a daily basis all global internal stakeholders in their use of the organisation’s business technologies, including several cloud based solutions, through face to face, telephone, email or online interactions as appropriate
Manage relationship with IT outsourcer
Develop, implement and review PL’s IT strategy
Communicate effectively with internal and external users and stakeholders
Develop and report on KPIs to measure the performance of IT systems and online services
Install and configure Windows based desktops and laptops, iOS and Android based tablets and mobile phones with focus on cloud connectivity
Install, configure and administer printers and scanners
Plan, organise and execute regular maintenance and updates of internal systems, services and applications, applying best practice and maintaining the highest levels of security, data integrity and resilience of systems and solutions
Maintain records of hardware and software assets and licenses, consumables and other supplies
Manage and maintain good quality, accurate documentation on the ICT infrastructure, including for purposes of business continuity and risk management
Take the lead in the design and ongoing development of the technical environment, including the proposal of new solutions and technologies.
