Delegate Sales Executive

What you'll do 

This is exciting opportunity for an ambitious and commercially minded individual, who is looking to kickstart their career in a Sales. What you can expect from the role

Working across our portfolio of events, you will be responsible for securing delegate places from new and existing clients. Our events are held in key locations worldwide, so you will be selling across international markets.

  • Sell across portfolio of events;
  • Pitching our world-class, global events by telephone and email to gain attendance to our events
  • Managing prospect interactions by collecting and researching background information on companies
  • Provide important and timely information from the customers/industry for assigned events to the event production and marketing team to help generate growth and take advantage of untapped opportunities;
  • Manage all aspects of event sales process through our CRM database Salesforce including pipeline management, notes, and updating account records
  • Work cross-collaboratively with our commercial membership team to identify further sales opportunities across our portfolio
  • Occasional international travel may be required

Who you are

  • A strong communicator, both written and verbal,
  • Confident in their ability to engage with senior business executives over the telephone
  • Able to coordinate multiple tasks and deadlines, as well as keep accurate records;
  • Eager and driven individuals with a passion for learning
  • An interest in developing a commercial career path
