Sales Operations Coordinator

We are hiring a Sales Operations Coordinator to join our team in London. If you love numbers and are interested in building your data and analytics skills in a role where you can connect with all areas of the business, get in touch!

What you will learn and get involved in

This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident and dynamic individual who is looking to grow and develop their skillset within Sales Operations and the worlds #1 CRM platform, Salesforce. With guidance from your manager and team, you can expect to learn how to

  • Monitor and triage internal support requests for the Sales Operations team.
  • Respond to queries and work to develop solutions to system, data and reporting needs.
  • Manage database, maintain data standards, governance, and identify ways to improve data quality.
  • Manage data builds and enrichment requirements using third-party software (e.g. Zoominfo) and liaising with outsourcing agencies.
  • Use Salesforce and other internal systems for compliance and to create reports, dashboards, and provide data analysis.
  • Define, deploy, and streamline processes to encourage productivity & accuracy.
