Customer Success Executive

This opportunity is integral to growing our membership while building out your skillset in a role where you have exposure to C-Suite clients. The role involves service delivery to existing members and conducting renewal and upgrade sales interactions with senior executives within member accounts. You'll conduct consistent and meaningful live and virtual conversations with all contacts and are evaluated against overall revenue growth, renewal rate, and customer satisfaction/advocacy.

What you can expect from the role

  • Drive account growth by effectively retaining, managing, and developing trusted member partnerships
  • Enable lasting change by helping members to access our world-class thought leadership, tools, and events
  • Innovate to find new ways to grow Procurement Leaders' presence within existing accounts
  • Continually improving existing processes to build a best-in-class customer experience
  • Build a business plan for achieving quarterly and annual revenue targets
  • Partner with and support an Account Manager/Director with the larger regional account base with a focus on driving member engagement and value

About you

  • Excellent written and oral interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships
  • Experience dealing with senior corporate executives
  • Demonstrable sales experience, ideally gained within a B2B environment
  • Ability to build strategic perspectives that go beyond short-term gains, helping to enable long-term plans.
