We are looking for a Lead Generation Coordinator to join our team in Minneapolis or Atlanta. You'll be a key player in growing and maintaining a strong pipeline of partners. You'll serve as the “front door” into our community and will manage the intake process, partner questions, and help to direct partners to the appropriate internal stakeholders. What you can expect from the role

• Manage the partner intake process across all new business areas
• Track and report on weekly intake key metrics
• Elevate the existing process by using data to drive decision-making
• Support marketing communications by keeping key information updated and making suggestions based on learned information through the process
• Support the conversion of new and existing partners into products and programs (including Roundtables, the Academy, Advisory Services and more)
• Drive the partnership process; delivering on time and effective communications, reporting and escalation as needed
• Measure and report on impact based on key metrics across a bi-annual timeline
• Jump into other ad hoc projects as needed

About You

• Some experience in a client-facing role
• Salesforce or similar CRM preferred
• Experience in tracking, data analytics, and data management a plus
• Experience working with growth-staged companies a plus
• Highly organized, creative, attentive to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal relation skills
• Able to manage, prioritize and bring to completion multiple projects (juggling skills a figurative must)
• Strong work ethic and willingness to take ownership of wide-ranging responsibilities
• Persistence, resourcefulness, drive and the ability to work proactively and independently
• Excellent communication skills, both interpersonal and written
• High standards for quality and service
