Pension

We offer a salary sacrifice and Company matching scheme with Avivia. The company offers 5% contribution to your pension, when you put in a minimum of 4%, all employees eligible to contribute up to 15% per annum from the day they join.

Hybrid Working

The Company has an appreciation for face-to-face collaboration in the office however, we want to support the team in keeping a balanced lifestyle, particularly if employees have a long commute and/or family commitments.
We ask that all employees attend the office twice a week as well as attend Employee of the Month, which is the first Friday of each month

All our team is enrolled onto our Permanent Health Insurance and gives peace of mind that If you are unable to work due to illness or poor health, that you are covered to up to 70% of your salary for five years.

Associate Stock Appreciation Program (ASAP)

The World 50 Stock Appreciation Program is a program where associates have the opportunity to participate in a future Everest change of investor event as follows:

When World 50 undergoes a “change of control” (ie, stock liquidity event, which is likely to be a sale but may be one of several event types) associates will participate in the proceeds.

  • Associates accrue units over time
  • Accruals are based on role and tenure; more senior roles accrue more units
  • No paperwork to sign, no tax implications
  • The goal is for all of us to share in any future positive outcome World 50
  • If you leave World 50, you forfeit any participation
  • The program is subject to change
